The actor got flirtatious with the other woman while at the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation Gala after party, and even caressed her shoulder and brushed her neck to look at her earring.
The woman looked stunning in an off-the-shoulder gown, but Leonardo seems a bit too happy without Nina!
While on the beach in Malibu earlier this month, Leo, 41, kissed Nina and frolicked with her in the water.
