The car race driver is clearly in tip-top shape, and revealed his tattoos while he hung out with pals on the beach and played with a gadget.
And staying this fit isn't an easy feat. Lewis revealed to Men's Fitness last year that he works hard for that body.

“Going for a really long run, a bike ride or cross-country skiing helps me get away from all the noise," he said. "I tell myself, ‘The pain you’re feeling, just enjoy it because it’s going to help you across that finish line first.’ If you’re having a crap day, go for a run. It makes a big difference.”
In addition to being super fit, Lewis is also newly single, after splitting from Nicole Scherzinger, but with a body like this, we doubt that will last long!
