Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’s Tommie Lee is in trouble with the law! The VH1 star was arrested on Tuesday night after reportedly slamming her daughter’s head into a locker at her middle school, and just hours after posting bail, Tommie was arrested again for allegedly stalking the child.
On Tuesday, Oct. 16, Tommie was arrested at Griffen Middle School in Cobb County, Georgia, for allegedly shoving her daughter’s head into a locker, local news outlet WSB-TV reported.
Smyrna police told the outlet that Tommie was charged with “felony aggravated assault, simple battery, first-degree child cruelty and disruption of public schools.”
By the early morning hours of Wednesday, Oct. 17, Tommie was released after posting the $27,000 bond.

Within three hours of her release, Tommie was reportedly arrested again — this time for contacting her daughter. According to reports, Tommie is now being held without bail, this time for stalking charges.
Tommie has had several run-ins with the law this year. In February, she was accused of attacking an employee at an Atlanta mall. Then in July, she was arrested after obstructing traffic and striking a valet on the head after being asked to move, WSB-TV reported.
