Miley Cyrus And Liam Hemsworth Planning To Spend 2016 Together!

Miley Cyrus and former fiancé Liam Hemsworth rang in the New Year in his native Australia together, and the two are planning to make this year their best ever.

The former flames were engaged in 2012 after dating for three years, then split in 2013. They met in 2009 on the set of their movie, The Last Song. Now, their wedding is reportedly back on!

A source told OK! Miley has been the one pursuing their reunion. “She’s been on a mission. They’ve been talking for a while, but it’s really Miley who’s been making the biggest effort,” said the insider. She's so committed that she even canceled her performance in Los Angeles to stay in Australia with Liam!

Liam, 26, was hesitant at first but ultimately couldn’t change his feelings for the 23-year-old singer. “He still loves her,” the source revealed.

The hunky Australian has reportedly been worried about what is family will think and “knew he has to ask his family to give her another chance.” They've appeared to have accepted her as she was spotted with Chris Hemworth's wife, Elsa Pataky, at Falls Music Festival in Byron Bay, Australia on Jan. 2.

Liam also asked Miley to show the “real” her and not the wild child character she plays. “She’d never change who she is,” the insider explained. “But she is willing to tone it down.”
