Liam Payne cuddled a fan's adorable puppy as he was exiting a studio in New York City yesterday.
The singer stopped to take pictures with fans, when he noticed the dog, and quickly picked it up to say hi, a witness told OK! exclusively.
"He's not that friendly," the fan warned him. "Don't worry I'm great with dogs," Payne assured the fans.
Liam is in New York to promote his new single, "Get Low", with DJ and producer, Zedd.

The ex One Direction member has a dog of his own, a great dane named Watson.
Payne recently had a baby with girlfriend, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini. The little boy was named Bear Payne and was born on March 22nd, 2017.
