The time spent with his children was presumably a welcome change from the court battle the actor is currently facing.

Last week the 50-year-old appeared in a Nyack, New York court to contend with a second-degree harassment charge filed against him by Sherwood Martinelli.
According to the court clerk, Sherwood alleges that while he was taking on-set photos of Liev, the actor shoved his camera away which caused both “annoyance and alarm.”
Liev has since plead not guilty and filed a motion asking the judge to throw out the charge.
