Lil Kim was barely recognizable at the VH1 Hip Hop Honors show in New York City — and it's all due to her shocking face!
The petite rapper, who was being honored for her career achievements alongside Salt-N-Peppa,Queen Latifah, and Missy Elliot, looked a lot different on the red carpet in her short black dress and pearls.
While she rarely speaks about the work she has gotten done, the 4’11” Crush On You rapper admitted to radio personality Angie Martinez back in 2005, when asked about criticism over her appearance, “It don’t bother me because I told you, I’m beautiful. I love myself. I mean you know there are certain things I think I was obsessive with that I always have time to fix.”

She continued, “But the thing of it is people think I did it because I have low self-esteem but that wasn’t the case I think I did it because I was a little too vain at the time, trying to be perfect…I’m a perfectionist. It teaches you a lesson too you know. You got to pull back overall.”
While Lil Kim has only ever admitted to a nose job, Dr. Anthony Youn, who has not treated the star, revealed to RadarOnline, “Her face appears contoured and has a waxy sheen. It appears that she’s undergone injection of fillers as well.”
