Lindsay Lohan seems to be settling back into life on the outside quite well! The former rehabber has been out and about in her town now that she's no longer living at a Betty Ford Clinic residence. Yesterday, Lilo got her fitness on, heading to Equinox Gym in West Hollywood for a workout.

Lindsay hasn't been content to just sit at home — which happens to be next door to ex Sam Ronson — and has been making the most of her freedom.
