Lindsay Lohan has a new role – and it isn’t on the small or big screen! The actress is leaving Hollywood behind to open her own gourmet restaurant.

"Lindsay is ready for a new challenge and has no desire to market herself around Hollywood,” a source exclusively told OKMagazine.com. “She says that side of her life is over now and she wants a fresh challenge.”

The “fresh challenge” involves two of her loves: food and Europe! “When one of her businessmen buddies suggested this, it felt like an instant no-brainer,” the insider revealed. “Now she’s getting sponsorship together and organizing a precise business plan, with a view to opening something up early next year.”

While Lindsay has starred in box-office flops over the years, she believes her newest project will be the “most successful move she’s ever made.”
