Lisa Vanderpump's Restaurant 'SUR' Slams Woman Who Claims She Got Food Poisoning & Pooped Her Pants

Two years after the incident allegedly occurred, a woman is suing Lisa Vanderpump's famed restaurant SUR and claiming that she got extremely ill after eating one of their entrees in 2017.
According to the court documents obtained by The Blast, the incident allegedly occurred on August 19, 2017. The woman said she ordered “white fish covered with an orange cream sauce on her plate, along with broccoli and potatoes.”
The woman is reportedly claiming to have gotten so sick while eating at SUR two years ago. She said she began to throw up “profusely” before “defecating” on the floor as she sat at the eatery's dinner table.
About an hour after eating the guest said "her head suddenly whipped back, causing her body to move backwards as well, as she felt a hot sensation rise from her stomach, into her chest and then into her throat that she was unable to control.”

“Nothing is more important to us than the care and enjoyment of our patrons. We have maintained our ‘A’ rating from the department of health and regular checks from the health department. We have no record of this ever happening from two years ago in 2017,” Nathalie Zapata, SUR's co-owner told People after news broke of the lawsuit.
“We or our attorneys have yet to see the complaint just filed, 24 months after this alleged incident," Nathalie said before adding that the incident would have been caught on camera — if it did occur. “If someone had vomited and defecated on the floor, it would have immediately been reported to the health department and would have been on our cameras or others."
