Lisa's issues with her RHOBH cast has been documented off camera for the past couple of months. This includes Dorit Kemsley, Teddi Mellencamp and even her longtime friend Kyle Richards.
A source previously told US Weekly that the women allegedly caught her in a lie. She's missed out on several filming opportunities, notably Camille Grammer's Hawaiian wedding.

Tom Schwartz, who stars on Vanderpump Rules, chatted with Hollywood Life exclusively about his boss on the red carpet at the 2018 People's Choice Awards Sunday night.
“All things considered, I think (Lisa’s doing) pretty well,” he said about her alongside his VPR costars Lala Kent, Stassi Schroeder and wife Katie Maloney.
As for why she's opted out of filming, Tom said that "she needed a little break, like a mini sabbatical.” Perhaps the sudden death of her brother Mark back in April is one of the reasons why she's decided to stay off camera for a bit?
