1. “I wish we knew how many cups of coffee we drank! We were completely obsessed with Cubans from Crema in Nashville and lived on Urban Juice’s fresh pressed juices. That was during the day. Whiskey and wine kept us going at night.” -Karen
2. “I was trying out recipes on everybody while we were recording! I would bring in treats and snacks every day and they got to be my guinea pigs.” —Kimberly

4. “One thing I think about a lot was the times when we would listen back to songs and we would all lay on the floor with our headphones on. All four of us together. That’s one of my favorite memories of our time working on this album.” —Jimi
