The members of the group include Jade Thirlwall, Jesy Nelson, Perrie Edwards, and Leigh Anne Pinnock. As they left the BBC studios it was obvious that none of the girls were afraid of embracing their own personal styles!

Jade and Leigh Anne went the more casual route — opting for looser fits, stripes, and graphic tees.

Perrie and Jesy went with tighter outfits that were a LOT more form-fitting. The latter even debuted a sultry new platinum blonde bob.

Fans of the quartet have been eagerly awaiting the follow up to 2016’s Glory Days, so the new single is a welcomed release. That album has since sold 34 million records worldwide. Their song "Shout Out To My Ex" landed them with their first BRIT award for British Single in 2017.

“Woman Like Me” has been described as an ambitious mix of “urban, reggae pop smash” and is apparently a massive departure from the more poppy tracks on Glory Days.

Though there’s no release date for the still-untitled upcoming album, the X-Factor winners opened up about their writing process, “We haven’t written anything that’s too controversial before, and now we’re starting to write things that are slightly more honest,” Jade explained in an interview with Noisey.
