Louis Tomlinson is dealing with some new baby troubles now that he is again battling his ex Briana Jungwirth over the custody of their son, Freddie Reign!
According to new reports, Tomlinson is filing for 50/50 physical and legal custody of the baby.
A source told People shortly after the birth of Freddie that the two had an “interim agreement” regarding the child’s custody.

But the latest reports claim that Tomlinson is filing the new custody documents because he says Jungwirth is blocking him from seeing his son.
The reports add that Tomlinson claims Jungwirth has been keeping him from the little one because she isn’t fond of his new girlfriend.
Tomlinson and Jungwirth appeared to be co-parenting fine in the first months following the baby’s birth.
