PHOTOS‘Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta' Star Benzino Charged With Felony Drug Possession, Facing 15 Years In Prison

Former Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star Benzino has is facing serious jail time after being charged with felony drug possession.
According to reports, the 53-year-old was first arrested back in January 2017 after he was allegedly caught with THC oil gummies, 6 MDMA pills and less than an ounce of weed.
The substances were found after cops obtained a search warrant and raided his Atlanta home. Reportedly the drugs were found in drawers and on kitchen counters.
He was taken into custody but was later able to post his $12,000 bail.

Though the former rapper’s legal team insisted that the search was illegal, a judge ruled the opposite.
This Wednesday, Benzino and his legal team will learn whether or not his case is headed to trial. If found guilty, he faces up to 15 years in prison.
