The video features cameos from fellow housewives Lisa Rinna and Cynthia Bailey, along with Bravo head honcho Andy Cohen.
The song is a play on drama between Luann and castmate Dorinda Medley. Dorinda accused Luann of not giving her enough credit for suggesting she go to the designer store to find her cabaret gowns, and heckled her about it during one of her shows.
Luann sports a variety of flashy dresses in the video, and does a fashion show in the store before posing as Charlie's Angels with Lisa and Cynthia.

"Cabaret is my cabernet," is one of the lyrics, which is a clear reference to her newfound sobriety. "Statement necklace/Reckless flair/You can't take me anywhere," she sings in another portion.
Luann is still on probation stemming from her drunken arrest in Palm Beach on Christmas Eve in 2017, and she doesn't shy away addressing it in the tune.
"I fall hard/yes I do/watch me go/it's nothing new/what they say may be true/I keep walking/wouldn't you?" she sings proudly.
