Luann de Lesseps is one lucky lady! OKMagazine.com got an exclusive look inside her surprise birthday bash thrown by her fiancé Tom D’Agostino where she was treated more like a Queen than a Countess!
The surprise soiree for her 51st was held on May 17 at her soon-to-be-husband’s residence in New York City. D'Agostino planned months in advance with celebrity publicist Anna Rothschild to make sure their closest friends, which of course included her Real Housewives of New York co-stars, were in attendance!

Sonja Morgan and her Tipsy Girl business partner Peter Guimaraes, Dorinda Medley and boyfriend John Mahdessian, as well as former RHONY stars Jill Zarin and Kelly Bensimon showed up for the intimate bash where champagne was flowing.
Luann and Tom are planning a New Year’s Eve wedding in Palm Beach, Fla. after getting engaged in February.
The businessman popped the question with an 8-carat yellow diamond, which has planned to give her on Valentine’s Day, but couldn’t resist.
