Lucy Hale was spotted post-Soul Cycle with her adorable dog Elvis.
The actress wore black leggings with see-through cut-outs while walking her little fur ball along the seawall in Vancouver, Canada.
She paired the workout pants with a tank top, sneakers, and a Dodgers hat.
Lucy's cycle routine is clearly working. She stepped out recently looking super skinny.
