New Mac Miller Music Released On Spotify 2 Months After Death

Mac Miller's talented musical legacy will live on through Spotify, where some of his unreleased singles have been made available. New music from the late rapper have been released for listeners of the streaming service.
His single, “Dunno” and a recorded cover of Billy Preston’s 1974 song “Nothing From Nothing” were added to the Spotify Singles playlist today.
The songs were recorded live in New York City before the rap star's untimely death on September 7.
“Dunno" is a song from Mac's 2018 album “Swimming.” In the tune, he seems to get pretty emotional over an ex-girlfriend.

The cover of “Nothing From Nothing” gives listeners a new take on the song. Mac gives it a smoky and soulful new sound.
The 26-year-old passed away in his Studio City home in Los Angeles from an accidental overdose combination of fentanyl, cocaine, and alcohol.
