Ryan Edwards sobriety has been a topic on Teen Mom OG this season. Early this week a shocking claim said that Maci Bookout's ex and first baby daddy relapsed. His wife, Mackeznie Edwards, exclusively spoke to RadarOnline.com about the shocking allegations.RadarOnline.com about the shocking allegations.
In a Teen Mom chat group, a user claimed to have “insider information” about Ryan. “He failed a court-ordered drug test for meth and various types of pills last Friday morning (March 2nd) thus his visitation is getting denied,” the “insider” claimed, adding he tried to use synthetic urine. According to the report, he allegedly checked into rehab on March 3rd.
The "insider" also claimed that Ryan's wife lost temporary custody of her son, Hudson, to her ex-husband Zach Stephens as a result of Ryan's alleged actions.
“It’s not true at all. He’s right here next to me," Mackenzie told the site of the rumors about Ryan allegedly being in rehab again. “It’s disgusting to say something that has absolutely no merit. If Ryan failed a court-ordered drug test he would be in jail.”

She also confirmed he was at the Teen Mom OG reunion show taping on Saturday, March 3rd in New York City. Hamilton County Court confirmed to Radar that there are no new filings in Mackenzie’s custody case with her ex-husband.
After the season finale of the last Teen Mom OG season, Ryan checked himself in rehab after a shocking scene aired of him falling asleep at the wheel to his own wedding. He spent 21 days in treatment.
