'No Poster Child!' 'Teen Mom OG' Maci Bookout BLASTED By Fans For Promoting Birth Control

Well, Maci Bookout's plan to promote birth control didn't go as planned! The Teen Mom OG star received A LOT of backlash on social media.

Maci, along with her husband, Taylor McKinney, and co-star Catelynn Lowell, teamed up to promote birth control and safe sex. Fans were quick to bash Maci being a part of the campaign since she had three accidental babies, two within the last year and a half.

One fan wrote on Instagram directed at the mother-of-three, "Why are you on here?? You got pregnant at 16, didn't learn your lesson and get pregnant a few years later (b/c you "thought" you couldn't get pregnant), then get pregnant 3 months after giving birth to Jayde??!!! Own it..if it was planned then fine, but playing the "accident" card makes you no poster child for birth control."

Another fan took a jab at Maci writing, "You should be telling Maci that cause obviously she was never on it."

At the end of May, Maci welcomed her third child, a baby boy named Maverick with her husband. The couple also share a daughter, Jayde, and her oldest son, Bentley, is from her previous relationship with ex Ryan Edwards.

Another fan blasted the 25-year-old writing, "It's funny you have Maci there advising on birth control women openly admits all 3x of her kids are (happy) accidents!!!!" Ouch!
