PHOTOS'I Am Fearful!' Maci Bookout Accuses Ex Ryan Edwards Of 'Threatening' Her While High On Heroin

Last week the news broke that Maci Bookout requested a Protection From Abuse Order against her first baby daddy, Ryan Edwards. RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed what led the mother-of-three to take action against her troubled baby daddy.
Maci filed the Order of Protection on March 23 in Hamilton County, according to court papers obtained from Hamilton County Circuit Court.
As reported last week, besides listing herself as those who need protection from the MTV dad, Maci listed her two children with husband Taylor McKinney, Jayde and Maverick, and Bentley, her son with Ryan.
"He has left voicemail messages threatening to show up at my house and take my son," the reality star claimed. "He has made threats to show up and hurt me if I don't answer my phone."
Maci also listed an incident from May 2017 claiming that Ryan "show up to my son's baseball game under the influence of heroin and got in my face, yelling and threatening to hurt me."
"I fear for my son's safety because of these threats and proof that he drives while under the influence," the mother wrote, according to the documents.
Maci also claimed that Ryan's "behavior and actions are getting worse. I am fearful for my three children and myself and what he may do, based on his threats."

Maci is requesting that Ryan is not allowed to contact her and that he must stay away from her home and workplace. She is also requesting that he does not damage her home and hurt or threaten her animals.
Last season, Ryan was shown driving under the influence on the MTV reality series and days after it aired, he checked into rehab for less than 30 days.
On the current season of the MTV show, Ryan and Maci are feuding over custody of Bentley.
As seen on a sneak peek clip for tonight's episode of TMOG, Ryan's wife Mackenzieis pregnant with their first child.
Ryan was arrested days after Maci's request on March 27 for petition to revoke, which means breaking probation, from a March 2017 simple possession of heroin arrest.
