Maci Bookout isn't holding back when it comes to her thoughts on her new Teen Mom OG co-star! In late July, MTV confirmed that Bristol Palin is the newest mother on the show. While appearing on Kailyn Lowry and Lindsie Chrisley’s podcast, Coffee Convos, the mother-of-three opened up about the network's decision to bring on a new member that has never been in the Teen Mom franchise.
"I don’t really care if other people join the cast," Maci admitted. However, she admitted that she, Amber Portwood, and Catelynn Lowell "are on the same page" about the show's title now. She explained, "We don’t want it to be called Teen Mom OG because that’s not true."
Maci continued, "We don’t really care who joins. If someone is presented with the opportunity you can’t be mad at someone for accepting an opportunity."
Even though Maci admitted she doesn't mind her new co-star, she just thinks that MTV should have let her know prior to the announcement. "We were never called before it was released. A courteously call an hour before! Call us," she said. "We have been doing this for 10 years!"

As it was previously reported, Bristol is joining the cast for the upcoming season. Last October, Farrah Abraham was let go from MTV due to her opportunities in the adult entertainment industry and the way she treats her crew members.
Maci admitted, "Anybody is better than Farrah!"
