The former MTV star shared a few photos of a camera crew with her and the kids!

Mackenzie was previously on Teen Mom 3 back in 2013 and after the show ended, she has remained very well known in the franchise!

Since cameras stopped rolling, Mackenzie married her longtime love, Josh.

And the two share three children together. How cute?!

As OK! readers may know, Mackenzie's mom, Angie, has been battling lung and brain cancer. She was diagnosed around the holiday season.
