
'Simply Amazing!' Mackenzie Mckee's Mother Angie Runs Days After Completing IV Chemo Treatment

Mackenzie Mckee's mother is an inspiration to all! The former Teen Mom 3 star's mom, Angie, celebrated a major milestone during her fight against brain and lung cancer.
Mackenzie wrote, "Yesterday I completed my second half marathon (13 miles) My mom did 4 miles with me a day after finishing round 6 of IV chemo. I could tell it was hard for her to even get out of bed that morning."
Adding, "She is the strongest woman I know and my biggest inspiration. Running was her life, I always admired her waking up every morning and running. I also admired her running half and full marathons ever since I could remember."
She continued, "It wasn’t until she got sick that I even tried to run a half. I really enjoy pushing myself until my toenails fall off (literally)... She is simply amazing y’all.... @angiedouthit."

A few days ago Mackenzie announced the emotional news that her mother completed IV chemo treatment.
In early 2018, Mackenzie revealed that her mother was diagnosed with brain and lung cancer. Following the news, Mackenzie and Angie have been spending their time sharing their story and inspiring others.
Over the summer, Angie revealed that she is releasing a book, God’s Plan, set to be released in October 2018.
