Artist Macklemore had quite an ordeal over the weekend, which just came to light this week. The 34-year-old was involved in a car accident involving a pickup truck driver.
According to reports, the truck crashed into his Mercedes in Washington a little before 11 p.m. local time.
The driver of the truck told officers he had one drink “a while back,” before he crossed over into oncoming traffic after turning a corner, hitting Macklemore’s vehicle.
While Macklemore is said to be fine, the truck driver was reportedly not wearing a seat belt and therefore hit his head on the windshield. Due to the injury, he was taken to a hospital to get checked out.

Macklemore, who also had two passengers in his Mercedes with him, had one who needed to be treated for a minor cut on his head.
He has yet to comment about the incident, but tweeted about an unrelated incident just hours ago.
