Maddox Left Out Of Court-Ordered Visitations With Dad Brad Pitt — Here’s Why

Earlier this week, court documents leaked revealing Brad Pitt was finally granted physical custody of his and Angelina Jolie’s children this summer. However, of the couple’s six kids, one — Maddox Jolie-Pitt — was left out of the court-ordered visits with Dad.
According to the documents, obtained by RadarOnline.com, Maddox’s “preference” will be “primary” in determining his arrangements with Pitt, due to his “age and maturity.” Maddox, who is 16, is the oldest of Brad and Angelina’s six children.
While Maddox is free to decide which parent he spends time with, his five siblings — Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, or twins Knox and Vivienne, 9 — have had a strict schedule of visitations set up by the court with their father.
When Angelina is in the UK filming the Maleficent sequel, at least one of the five kids will spend four hours per day with Brad between June 8 and July 17. Then, from June 27 to July 1, Brad will get to spend ten hours with at least one of the children per day. Between July 8 and July 14, Brad will have custody of the younger children for a four-day period.

On July 21, the children will travel to Los Angeles and stay with Brad at his home there and return to the U.K. on the 29th. On August 11, the kids will once again travel to L.A. to spend time with Brad. A review hearing will take place the week of August 13.
Brad and Angelina split in September 2017 after getting into a fight on a private plane. There were reports at the time that Maddox was part of the alleged incident.
