Madonna’s daughter Lourdes Leon celebrated a very special milestone over the weekend and her proud mama wasted no time posting a sweet birthday tribute. Read on to see what Madonna had to say about about her eldest child.
Under a picture of the two embracing, the “Like A Prayer” singer wrote, "Happy birthday to my darling, Lolita! ♥️♥️♥️♥️! Light of my life! My preciosa! #littlestar."
In another picture, the duo was sitting next to each other and Madonna was resting her head on Lourdes' shoulder. That caption read, “You”ll never know how much I love you ♥️ love you ♥️ love you ♥️ Lourdes Maria Ciccone Leon! #birthdaygirl #princesa.”
The last picture Madonna posted was a throwback pic of Lourdes as a baby. Under that snap she wrote, “Never forget who you are, Little Star................HB ? LMCL!! Our daughters are the future!!”

Lourdes is the only child Madonna shares with ex-lover Carlos Leon.
Last month, the now 22-year-old made her modeling debut at New York Fashion Week. In an act very reminiscent of the Material Girl herself, Lourdes walked the runway wearing an ultra-revealing seashell and chain-accented bikini top.
