'Mama June' Shannon will be revealing her new slim bod on the premiere of WE tv's Mama June: From Not to Hot!, but Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Shannon's mom has been struggling to lose weight for years. Click through to see her dramatic changes!
Mama June exclusively revealed to Radar Online that on top of undergoing gastric sleeve surgery last spring, the Honey Boo Boo star went under the knife again, with an excess skin removal surgery.
Previously, Mama June, 37, was denied the surgery – being told she was too big.
So how much of a transformation can fans expect to see?
"I've lost at least half of my body," she told Radar. "Before, I used to be told you couldn’t tell when I lost weight. But now I know I’m the sh*t and you can’t tell me nothing,”

In Mama June: From Not to Hot! viewers will see Thompson wed his new woman, Jennifer Lamb.
“I’m just gonna say, she is his type of woman…” Shannon remarked. “Let’s put it that way. Being bigger. Just everything. He likes bigger girls, like bigger in weight.”
While filming TLC's Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, Shannon weighed 365 pounds at one point.
