She was first spotted outside the Epione clinic sporting massive cat eye sunnies, a brown blouse detailed with fringe.
Mariah paired her look with a large black belt that accentuated her tiny waist.
Once shopping, the star sported a beige biker jacket and a cleavage bearing black top, completed with a pair of stilt-like sky high heels.

Just moments later Mariah was then spotted donning a totally different getup of a camouflage-patterned jacket.
Carey matched her fierce look by squeezing her feet into a pair of green high-heeled boots.
