Mariah Carey’s son Moroccan has reached a major milestone: the 5-year-old has just lost his first tooth! In a video posted to Mariah’s Instagram account, Moroccan proudly showed off the new little gap between his front bottom teeth. “My tooth fell out and I’m so excited and so happy!” he yelled. While Mariah doesn’t seem to have been around at the time, it’s clear Moroccan has a special bond with his mom. “I want to show my mommy so bad,” he said. Lucky for Mariah, a quick thinker was able to catch his adorable reaction on camera!

In the cute vid, Moroccan appears to be enjoying a spring break vacation by the pool. He’s wrapped in a towel and just as happy as you’d expect for a kid playing in the water. “Come here, let me see your tooth,” someone behind the camera says to Moroccan. “Rocky, what just happened to you? Tell us!”

“Rocky” gets close to the camera and gives a big grin to show off his missing tooth! “My tooth fell out and I’m so excited and I’m so happy!” he proudly shouts. “I want to show my mommy so bad.”
