Mariah Carey & Madonna Celebrate The Billboard Awards At TAO And Beauty & Essex

Mariah Carey and Madonna were big hits at the Billboard Music Awards on Wednesday, May 1, and they made sure to keep the party going on music's hottest night. Mariah celebrated at TAO Las Vegas after the show while Madonna took over the Pearl Lounge for an after hours bash. Scroll through to see pics from the night!

Mariah, 49, took home the Billboard Icon Award that night and gave an inspirational speech. The "Honey" singer commemorated her win by taking over TAO's private room and throwing a party.  Her boyfriend Bryan Tanaka and several friends surprised her by decking out the room with gigantic balloons and monogramed sushi rolls!

Fellow singer Jennifer Hudson (who presented Mariah with the award) was also there for the bash and dined at the trendy Asian fusion eatery.

Madonna, 60, rocked out the house at the Pearl Lounge at Beauty & Essex that same night. The "Vogue" songstress famously sang her new hit “Medellin” with Columbian singer Maluma. He also attended the festivities shortly after the award show.

Madonna and Maluma dined in the candle-filled room and finished the madcap night with sweets and cupcakes adorned with the letters "M" and "X" representing her new album "MadameX."
