Who needs to get sad about a breakup when you get to keep all the goodies after the split? Mariah Carey may no longer be engaged, but she still came out on top with a bunch of pricey trinkets!

“She refuses to give back the designer clothes and shoes James bought, as well as a pet baby lamb he gifted her,” a source told Heat. “James also bought Mariah a smaller version of his massive ArticP yacht, and he wants it back, or at least sold and the proceeds to go to him.”

But the chances of that happening are quite slim, as she reportedly refuses to speak to him! But while plans to keep most of the items she gathered in the relationship, one special article of clothing did have to go — Mariah’s wedding dress!

“She had a wedding dress burning ceremony with some close friends, where they set fire to the dress and she bitched about her relationship with James,” said an insider.

And if she has someone on her team with his name, they may have a problem. “No one’s allowed to say his name in front of her: she just calls James ‘him’ or ‘my dreadful ex,’” said the source. Evidently they won’t be friends in the near future!
