Mariah and Stella ended their business relationship back in November 2017 after three years of work together. At the time, in a joint statement, they said they were “partners in a number of business ventures” and would “continue to support each other in those endeavors.”

According to The Blast, Stella’s lawyers claim that the singer sexually harassed her by frequently being naked in front of her. They also claim Mariah was struggling with substance abuse and owed Stella millions in unpaid commissions.

“Stella Bulochnikov was terminated from employment as Mariah’s manager due to failure to perform her job effectively and ill-serving her client. Stella was not under contract for employment,” Mariah’s rep told People in a statement at the time. “She has been spreading false rumors to any media outlet that will publish them. We won’t respond to lies and threats.”
