Mark Salling Looks Run Down After Pleading Guilty To Child Pornography Charges

Mark Salling made his first appearance after pleading guilty to child pornography charges. The actor looked run down and exhausted while grabbing takeout on Thursday in Los Angeles. The 35-year-old is facing 4-7 years in prison after authorities found more than 50,000 images of child pornography on his computer. Click through our gallery to see the new photos of the Glee star.
Mark will serve the term as part of a plea agreement. It also requires him avoid communication with anyone under the age of 18, and to register as a sex offender. He must also pay $50,000 restitution to the victims of his crimes.
Salling is also banned from coming within 100 feet of schoolyards, parks, public swimming pools, playgrounds and video arcade venues.
According to the court documents obtained by The Blast, the actor "downloaded thousands of images of child pornography between April and December 2015." The papers state "he used software to mask his IP address, but twice showed some of his collection to an adult woman, who ultimately reported him to police."

The Glee star was arrested in December but was released after paying a $20,000 bail.
This was the first public appearance Mark made since pleading guilty. He looked somber as he awaits his sentencing. He wore sweatpants and a black shirt.
The actor played "Puck" in the hit series, Glee.
