Marlon Wayans Supports His Teen Daughter Amai During Pride Month
Marlon Wayans is one proud papa! He paid tribute to daughter Amai on Instagram and wished her happy pride month on Sunday, June 2. Pride Month celebrates the LGBTQ community every June and the comedian shelled out all of his support for his oldest child. Scroll through to see the sweet pic!
The snap showed Amai, 19, sitting down and sporting rainbow-printed kicks.
"Happy pride ? to my pride and joy. I wouldn’t change one effing thing about you," Marlon, 46, captioned the photo.
He continued, "Love you to the moon around the sun through the galaxies and back again."
Despite the sweet message, fans slammed the White Chicks actor's post. One follower commented, "She’s not old enough to understand what that’s really all about. You have the power to change lives Bro, don’t teach her that."

“She’s 19. She’s who she is until or until she don’t choose different. Love her for her not what i want her to be,” Marlon replied to the hater. Another follower simply wrote, "This is so wrong."
The Marlon star shares Amai as well as son Shawn, 17, with ex-wife Angelica Zachary. The couple split in 2013.
