But those weren't her most noticeable accessories! Mary-Kate also wore a huge diamond-and-sapphire vintage engagement ring, which is worth nearly $82,000 and dates from 1953! It's from her husband, Olivier Sarkozy, who didn't seem to be around while she took a dip with her friends.
