Megan, 29, is pregnant with her third child, and though Megan and Brian were in the midst of their divorce proceedings when she became pregnant, Brian recently confirmed to People that the is indeed the father.
“You know, nothing is planned," he said. "None of them are ever planned. You just kind of go with it.”
