Sure she’s a future princess and is also know for her work on the hit show Suits, but Meghan Markle is also an expert in the world of yoga! Prince Harry’s fiancée has shown her impressive flexibility all over social media, which could come in handy as a fun activity the two of them can do together on the way to their marriage next spring! Click-through for her four most impressive yoga poses!
Meghan has been spotted carrying her yoga mat a bunch of times in the past, so this zen practice is something she takes very seriously.
From sitting to standing (this pose is called Natarajasana), her flexibility in her moves is definitely noticeable as she reaches for the sky while holding one leg perfectly up and the other flat on the ground.
Sometimes its good to practice your yoga poses (this one is called Vasisthasana) with a buddy, like her friend and brand strategist Jessica Mulroney, who is rumored to be one of her bridesmaids at her upcoming wedding!

Her cover shoot for Best Health Magazine showed Meghan’s arms and legs in some incredibly flexible positions while she rocks all all-white getup.
Her most impressive pose is one that she looks the most proud of (the One Legged Wheel), as she has one leg all the way up to the sky while she’s in a severely flexible position on the rocks that overlook a beautiful body of water. "I bend so I won't break." #yoga #vacation (I finally did it!! Clearly couldn't stop smiling ?)” she captioned.
Finally, after she’s all flexed out and wants to chill, she spends it cozied up on the beach with her book and her adorable doggy. How cute!
