Meghan Markle Says Postpartum Bodies Don't Have To Be 'Skinny To Be Beautiful'
Meghan Markle may be the HRH Duchess of Sussex, but she's just like every other new mom when it comes to dropping the baby weight. The royal wants to change the way the world sees postpartum bodies and is aiming to be a "realistic example" of new mothers of everywhere.

Meghan, 38, and husband Prince Harry welcomed their son Archie Mountbatten-Windsor in May.
An insider opened up to Us Weekly about the former Suits actress' post-baby body and her daily health routine.
The outlet reported that the Los Angeles native is "all about health and balance. She follows a plant-based diet and practices “daily yoga and meditation in her studio at Frogmore.” The source added that Meghan has even taught Harry, 34, a few yoga moves.

“What she loves most about the practice is that it helps her switch off and wind down," the insider said.
Meghan is also adamant about "changing the perception that new moms have to be skinny to be beautiful.”
Another insider told the publication, “It’s not easy to lose the weight, but she’s happy to be a realistic example for new mothers."
Meghan was praised back in May when she presented Archie to the world and showcased her postpartum belly.
