Pregnant Meghan Markle Still Wakes Up At 4 A.M. To Do Yoga

While some of us non-pregnant people find it hard to get to the gym every day, Duchess and mom-to-be Meghan Markle continues to school all of us. The newlywed, who married Prince Harry earlier this year, said she is still waking up at 4:30 a.m. to do yoga.
While at Bondi Beach in Australia — a stop on the couple's royal tour — the Duchess of Sussex opened up to another pregnant woman, local Charlotte Connell. "Meghan told me that pregnancy was like having jet lag,” Charlotte, 35, told Sky News. "She said she was up at 4:30 a.m. this morning doing yoga in her room as she couldn’t sleep."
Meghan has practiced yoga for years now. Her mom, Doria Ragland, is an instructor in Los Angeles. "Yoga is my thing," she previously told Best Health Magazine. "I started doing mommy-and-me yoga with my mom when I was seven."
She's clearly hooked if she's waking up before the sun rises to fit in her practice. While the pair still haven't landed on a name for their first born — but they have a "long list" of options — their baby will no doubt be born with a lot of zen.

It's obvious Meghan and Harry got to know the locals at Bondi Beach. They were photographed barefoot in the sand, wearing leis around their necks. Both of them stopped to chat and take photos with the crowd, who were dressed in brightly colored costumes, some carrying surfboards.
Not only has Meghan been doing yoga, she also played a dangerous game of Australian football while pregnant — and she did it in heels no less!
