Meghan Markle won’t have the only fit bod at her May nuptials. The princess-to-be has reportedly put her soon-to-be husband Prince Harry on a diet and it’s already started to pay off. Read more below!
Meghan may be the one whose mother, Dorian Radlan, is a yoga instructor, but that hasn’t meant that she’s the only one between her and Harry who’ll be rocking a tight tummy at their wedding next month. The 36-year-old has reportedly whipped the prince’s diet and fitness routine into high gear!
Not only has Price Harry become a member of an exclusive gym, but he’s also taken up Meghan’s love of clean eating and has already lost 7 pounds!
When it comes to his diet, the 33-year-old has cut out carbs and processed food and started incorporating superfoods like kale and quinoa into his daily diet. The couple has even bought a “top-of-the-range juicer” for delicious smoothie and Meghan “is also weaning him off meat.” That’s commitment!
