Meghan Markle's mom, Doria Ragland will not be spending the upcoming holidays with her daughter and her husband, Prince Harry in England. The royal family is set to celebrate Christmas at Sandringham House in Norfolk this year. Meghan and Harry will join his brother Prince William and his wife Duchess Kate Middleton for Christmas with Queen Elizabeth II.
“She is of course welcome at Sandringham. But she wasn’t formally invited for this Christmas," a source spilled to Us Weekly.
Duchess Meghan spent Christmas last year with the royals. This event broke tradition as it is unusual for non-members of the family to join in the holiday festivities.
The 37-year-old was present for the holidays with Harry last year because she doesn’t have family in the U.K. It was only fitting that she spend it with him and his fam.

Doria though, is very excited about Meghan's pregnancy. The yoga instructor “is very happy about this lovely news and she looks forward to welcoming her first grandchild."
