Between a bitter custody battle with ex Stephen Belafonte, rumors that she has a sex addiction, and her upcoming rehab stay, there’s no denying that Mel B has had a tough couple of months. However, the America’s Got Talent star was spotted in LA while rocking a tee shirt that was emblazoned with nothing but optimism.
Mel wore grey shorts and bright orange sandals but the real star of her outfit was the distressed graphic tee shirt.
Her short-sleeve top featured slits on the sides and had the words “I Am Unbreakable” printed across the front. The words were no doubt a silent message to herself and her critics.
The 43-year-old is set to drop her tell-all memoir next month and earlier this week she finally got candid about her writing process.

During an interview with This Morning she called the process “therapeutic and cathartic.” She said, “I think for me it was something I had to do.”
“I think it's important that you can express your experiences and share your experiences, and own your mistakes and what you've done, or what you could've, should've, would've done',” she added.
