Melissa Gorga may be the Envy of the Real Housewives Of New Jersey as the proud owner of a women’s boutique, but her history with fashion is far from fabulous.
According to documents obtained by RadarOnline, the reality TV star was once arrested — for shoplifting!
The shocking docs tell the tale of an 18-year-old Melisaa, who back in 1997, was apprehended by a Florida department store for trying to walk out with a shirt, sans paying for it.

Based on the Palm Beach County court records, the teen was charged with retail theft, and an arrest warrant was later issued after Melissa missed her arrangement.
Luckily for Gorga, the case was eventually dismissed on October 10, 2012.
