A source told RadarOnline.com that the 36-year-old has had two secret procedures on her nose, with the second one being done recently!
The source said, “Melissa had two nose jobs, not one. She had the second one in the last six months.”

“She got two free nose jobs from the doctor and every time she is asked, she says she didn’t get one done,” the source explained. “It’s outrageous!”
