Melissa Joan Hart isn’t a fan of Netflix’s Chilling Adventures of Sabrina! The actress, who originally played the character of Sabrina Spellman on the ‘90s show Sabrina the Teenage Witch, said she’s watched a few episodes and she doesn’t care to see anymore.
Melissa, 42, sat down on E! Daily Pop to discuss her upcoming Netflix series No Good Nick. When asked if she’s watched the Sabrina remake, she responded, “I watched a little bit with Netflix, but I don’t think it really appeals to me.”
She continued, “My kids are a little too young for it and I’m a little bit too old for it.”
When the Netflix special came out in October, Melissa watched Chilling Adventures of Sabrina with some of the castmates of Sabrina the Teenage Witch. “I am not letting my kids watch this. They’d probably like this better, but I don’t think I’ll let them know about it just yet,” she admitted.

Although Melissa personally won’t be watching the show, she admitted, “I love the fact that the character lives on. There’s been a lot of 007s, there’s been a lot of Batmans and now there get to be a few Sabrinas.”
Kiernan Shipka, who stars as Sabrina now, was asked at the Kids’ Choice Awards on March 23 if Melissa would make a cameo on the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina now that she is on another Netflix series. “I would love that. If she’s down, I’m down,” Kiernan, 19, told ET.
