Beyoncé lands the September cover of Vogue magazine
All hail Beyonce! First Lady Michelle Obama could not help but gush about her real life pal with on a talk show — and it turns out the singer is a lot more down to earth than fans may presume!
While on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, Michelle said about the 35-year-old, "She's a special person. She's a sweetheart. She's smart, she's creative, a great mother, she loves her family. She's just a low-key lady. We have a lot in common in that way, except I can't sing, I can't dance — not like Beyoncé."
That is probably why Michelle and President Obama have asked Beyonce to come to the White House over several times to sing! She's also sang at Obama's presidential inauguration and on Michelle's birthday.
Michelle also joked about the stunner,"You shouldn't look her in the eye."
This isn not the first time Michelle has praised Bey either! Four years ago, she said. “Gosh. If I had some gift, I’d be Beyoncé, I’d be some great singer,” said arguably the most popular, accomplished and beautiful woman in the world. “The power of music, being able to play an instrument…It looks like musicians just have the most fun.”
