It's official! 19-year-old Miley Cyrus is engaged to The Hunger Games hunk and her longtime beau, Liam Hemsworth. The Aussie actor, 22, proposed on May 31 with a 3.5-carat diamond ring by Neil Lane.

"Our first kiss in The Last Song was on the first day of filming in the movie. We have this scene where we frolic in the water. So I frolic very well, apparently, and after that, I got to keep him," Miley said about falling in love with Liam.

"She makes me really happy," Liam gushed to Details about Miley. "When you start shooting, you want to be professional, but when you're filming those scenes with someone and pretending to love them, you're not human if you don't feel something," he adds. "What happened, happened."
