Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth aren’t just rekindling their chemistry in real life, they are also rekindling their on-screen chemistry! The actor and singer are reportedly writing a script about their own love story.

“It really is a story to rival ‘Romeo & Juliet’. They broke up and got back together so many times but it wasn’t until they split for good that they realized just what they threw away,” an insider told OKMagazine.com exclusively.

The source revealed, “It’s got it all – cheating, fame, scandals, heartbreak, pregnancy scares and fake marriages," adding that they pretended to exchange vows one drunken party night in 2012.

However, “the big dilemma” with their project, according to the source, is “that they’ll both want to play themselves, so they’re also considering doing it documentary-style with reenactments and interviews with their families.”

The couple first met on the set of The Last Song back in 2009, got engaged in 2012, but called it off in 2013.

But now their love has a second chance. The couple got back together in January and Miley has been seen wearing her engagement ring again.

“It’s a way of closing the door on their past in their own words and celebrating their hard-won love,” the insider explained.
